Group Sessions
Programming and community engagement are at the core of our strategy. Through clinician led groups our organization hopes to change the lives of our members by facilitating sessions that promote mental wellness. We believe we can change our community one person at a time.

Ending The Cycle
This bi-weekly group focuses on negative intergenerational cycles and developing skills to minimize the effects of them on the participants, and the next generation. This group is held every 1st and 3rd Tuesday and uses strength-based techniques, culturally relevant approaches, and familial system strategies to have hard conversation, and break cycles that hold people back. Join us in the journey to bettering our community through personal and familial development.

Building Mental Wellness
Life does not come with a set of instructions, and between the roles we play and duties we fulfil it is easy to become lost in the shuffle. This group takes a fresh approach to navigating life adjustments, disappointments, grief, fear and apathy. Through the use of strength-based techniques and skill focused strategies this group will promote community, positive coping skills, self-acceptance, and self-determination.
