About the event

Anxiety is defined as intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Living  consistently with the symptoms of anxiety can be overwhelming and reductive to ones quality of life. This group will discuss anxiety and develop strategies to minmize it's negative effects.
